What is this website?
We created Know Your Rights as a one stop, full access page for situations where an individual’s rights are likely to be violated. The website offers common circumstances in which all local community members can use the knowledge of their rights to protect themselves and others to the best of their abilities.
Why did we decide to create it?
Our group created the idea for this website after discussion about global human rights, and narrowed it down to local communities and individuals rights in our area. My group members and I wanted to work on a project that we all strongly support and is relevant to today.
